A hair follicle test consists of a minimum 200 strand hair collection to undergo a drug and/or alcohol test. The hair is cut as close to hair root as possible for best results.

Can I walk-in for a hair-follicle drug test?

Yes, we work on a walk-in basis. Come on in and get tested same day.

What if I can only go during my lunch time?

If you are in a rush, you can call us and schedule an appointment. We are here to help you and if our walk-in wait times can't work for you, we can guarantee your spot with a call.

Want to test for myself before my job sends me in. Is that discrete or will my employer know?

Your test will absolutely be discrete. If you want to test for "peace of mind", before your job sends you in for a test, we can help with that. We can test you and send results only to you.

If my employer sends me in to test, do I also get a copy of my results when ready?

The results are sent directly to whom purchased the test. In this case, if your employer paid for the test, they will go directly to them. Unless we get the green light directly from purchaser, we cannot send out results to anyone else.

What drugs do you test for?

Our tests vary widely based on what you are looking for. We have multiple panels (check below for details) and test options - urine, blood, nail, hair and oral swab.

How fast do I receive my results?

This may vary based on the final result since each of our results go to our MRO (Medical Review Officer) before official release. Usually results are available within 5-7 business days.

If I take medication will that show 'positive' on my results?

Both positive and non-negative's results go directly to our MRO (Medical Review Officer); therefore, you should be receiving a call from our doctor. Once receiving that call, you can let the doctor know what medication you take and IF the medication gave you a false positive, the result will be changed before the result is signed off and submitted to us officially.

I need an observed test for court, do you offer that?

Our hair tests are performed by our collectors, so yes, they will be observed.
