Yes, we work on a walk-in basis. Come on in and get tested same day.

What if I can only go during my lunch time?

If you are in a rush, you can call us and schedule an appointment. We are here to help you and if our walk-in wait times can't work for you, we can guarantee your spot with a call.

Want to test for myself before my job sends me in. Is that discrete or will my employer know?

Your test will absolutely be discrete. If you want to test for "peace of mind", before your job sends you in for a test, we can help with that. We can test you and send results only to you.

If my employer sends me in to test, do I also get a copy of my results when ready?

The results are sent directly to whom purchased the test. In this case, if your employer paid for the test, they will go directly to them. Unless we get the green light directly from purchaser, we cannot send out results to anyone else.

How fast do I receive my results?

This may vary based on the final result since each of our results go to our MRO (Medical Review Officer) before official release. Usually results are available within 1-3 business days.

If I take medication will that show 'positive' on my results?

Both positive and non-negative's results go directly to our MRO (Medical Review Officer); therefore, you should be receiving a call from our doctor. Once receiving that call, you can let the doctor know what medication you take and IF the medication gave you a false positive, the result will be changed before the result is signed off and submitted to us officially.

I need an observed test for court, do you offer that?

Yes, we will always have a same-gender collector in office to fulfill any observed testing.

I need a DOT urine test, do you work with DOT testing?

Yes, we do. We test for both DOT and Non-DOT.

Do you offer tests that detect Alcohol use?

Yes, we test for alcohol using our Breath Alcohol device which is DOT approved and evidential. We also offer alcohol in different testing options including urine and swab.
